About Us
Ikumenga Community Empowerment Foundation (ICEF) is a non-governmental, charitable, not-for-profit organisation duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and recognised by the Benue State Government through the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, and the Benue State Planning Commission.
ICEF was established in response to the socio-economic crises, humanitarian challenges, and HIV/AIDS epidemic in Nigeria, which have disproportionately affected women, youth, and children. These groups face significant barriers to accessing basic needs such as food, shelter, education, healthcare, and psychosocial support.
